Can I play Zombie Catchers with my Android device?
We're always trying to make our games run on all possible devices. For performance reasons, some devices with less memory and processing power may not be supported. To run Zombie Catchers, your Android device should have:

How can I save my game progress?
Zombie Catchers uses Google Play Saved Games to store your progress. Sign in to Google Play Services with your Google account
You can log in to your Google Play Games account to save your game progress. If you haven't logged in, or need to log in again, you can do it in the in-game Settings menu.
The game won't load / game is stuck / game crashes!
Occasionally, the game may not launch at all, get stuck in a particular screen, or even crash completely. This may happen due to a bug in the app, or for no particular reason at all in certain circumstances. If the game is failing for no apparent reason, try one of the following:
Update the app: Make sure you have the latest update installed from Google Play.
Reboot your device: Switch your device off, restart it, and try restarting the game.

How can I transfer my game progress between different devices?
If you switch to a new Android device, your game progress will be loaded automatically when you log in to log in to your Google Play Games account.
You can continue your progress on multiple Android devices, by signing into the same Google Play Games account and this way your progress will be saved between the devices. Please note that you can have only one game progress attached to one Google Play Games account.
NOTICE: When switching back and forth between multiple devices, always restart the game to sync progress. When switching devices, it can take several minutes to load the latest progress.
I lost my game progress!
In rare cases, it is possible that the entire game progress is lost due to an error. In this case, you should try the following solutions:
Restart the game. The latest game progress is restored from your Google Play saved game.
Check that you are logged in with your Google Play Games account. See the game Settings menu to sign in.
